Street Lifting · RS Weighted

Three movements. One test.

New for 2026, exclusively from Relentless Strength — knee & elbow sleeves are out of the game.

RS Weighted. The Cali way of SBD. Weighted Pistol Squat. Weighted Pull-Up. Weighted Dip. Three movements, one test of strength, control and skill. Here comes the most raw test of bodyweight strength — no machines, no shortcuts, just you, the movement, and the weight. Street lifting, straight from the hood.

Movement 01

Weighted Pistol Squat

01
Standard 20 kg barbell, 20 kg minimum load
Men
02
Starts at 5 kg external load; 15 kg women's bar introduced from 15 kg
Women
03
Load progresses 1–25 kg per attempt
1.25 / 2.5 kg
04
Hip crease clearly passes below the top of the working knee
Required depth
05
Either leg, in any order, across all 3 attempts — best successful attempt counts
Leg selection · new
"START" to begin, "RACK" to finish — the bar can't rack, or the free leg touch down, before the call.
Movement 02

Weighted Pull-Up

01
Standalone pull-up bar, external load via competition-approved belt/chain
02
Starts from a full dead hang — arms extended, feet off the floor
03
Pronated grip, in line with (or within ~1") the shoulders
04
Chin clearly passes above the bar at the top
Required
05
No kipping, swinging, or leg-kick to initiate
No-rep
"START" to begin, "DOWN" once the top position is confirmed.
Movement 03

Weighted Dip

01
Designated competition dip station, external load via competition-approved belt/chain
02
Starts fully supported — both arms extended, feet off the floor
03
Descend until the shoulders are clearly below the elbows
Required depth
04
No kipping, bouncing, or swinging
No-rep
"START" to begin, "PRESS" to begin the ascent.

3 attempts per movement — best valid attempt is the score. Enter 1, 2 or all 3 movements; only athletes who compete in all three are eligible for category prizes.
