Pure strength. Total control. No limits. Two ways to compete — loaded RS Weighted lifts or the bodyweight Street Strength ladder, from your first pull-up to elite street lifting.
RS Weighted. The Cali way of SBD. Weighted Pistol Squat. Weighted Pull-Up. Weighted Dip. Three movements, one test of strength, control and skill. Here comes the most raw test of bodyweight strength — no machines, no shortcuts, just you, the movement, and the weight. Street lifting, straight from the hood.
3 attempts per movement — best valid attempt is the score. Enter 1, 2 or all 3 movements; only athletes who compete in all three are eligible for category prizes.
