Entry terms

1. Who we are

Bengaluru Strength Socials 2026 ("the Event") is organised by Ayurjaya Sports Association, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U88900KA2024NPL191435), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("the Organiser", "we"). Weigh-in for all athletes takes place on Saturday 21 November 2026 (9 AM–5 PM) at Relentless Strength, Domlur, Bengaluru, and competition for all events on Sunday 22 November 2026 (8 AM–8 PM) at South United Football Club (SUFC), RBANM's Ground, Gangadhar Chetty Road, Ulsoor, Bengaluru 560042.

2. What you are buying

An entry fee buys one athlete one place in one championship division (Strongman Open, Open Submission Grappling, Street Lifting Open, Arm Wrestling Open or the Nitroox Challenge). It includes competition participation, event-day athlete services and any participant kit announced for that championship. It does not include travel, accommodation, insurance, spectator passes or federation membership.

All fees are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of 18% GST, and are charged per athlete per entry. Strongman Open, Open Submission Grappling, Street Lifting Open and Arm Wrestling Open:

Strength Based Event (Event 06, format to be announced): ₹5,000 flat in every registration phase.

The fee you pay is the one in force on the day your payment succeeds. Team-championship and kids' entry pricing is published separately on the championship pages. Online registration closes on 10 November 2026 or earlier if a division fills.

4. Payment and confirmation

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. over UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Your entry is confirmed only when the payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation screen with your Registration ID (format BSS26-XXX-…). Keep this ID: it is your reference for every query, transfer or refund. A confirmation email follows to the address you registered with.

If money leaves your account but you do not reach the confirmation screen, do not pay again. Write to us with the date, amount and your phone number and we will locate the payment.

6. Prizes

Prize money and awards are as published on the championship pages. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the Event, after result verification, to the athlete's own bank account, and are subject to applicable tax deduction at source under Indian law. Prizes are not transferable.

7. Fair play

All championships are contested in the spirit of fair play. Judges' decisions on the platform are final. The Organiser and sanctioning bodies may disqualify any athlete found to have cheated, tampered with equipment or used prohibited substances, and may report such conduct to the relevant federation.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held unenforceable the rest continue to apply. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your registration, and material changes are notified to registered athletes by email.

Competition rules

Where the rules live

Events, implement weights, weight divisions and formats are published on each championship page: Strongman Open · Open Submission Grappling (IBJJF No-Gi ruleset) · Street Lifting Open · Arm Wrestling Open · Nitroox Challenge.

Remaining movement standards, judging criteria and match rules for every championship publish on those pages by 21 September 2026, at least two months before competition day. Registered athletes are emailed the day they drop. Rules published after your registration apply to you; if a change materially affects your division you may transfer or withdraw under the Refunds section within 14 days of the change.

Athlete waiver & release

What you accept when you tick the box

By registering, and again by signing at check-in, you confirm each of the following:

  1. Fitness to compete. You are in good health, have trained for the events you entered and have no medical condition that makes strength competition, grappling, arm wrestling or high-intensity exercise unsafe for you. You will inform the Organiser of any condition officials should know about.
  2. Assumption of risk. You understand that strength sports and combat sports carry a real risk of injury, including serious injury, and that you take part voluntarily at your own risk.
  3. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, you release Ayurjaya Sports Association, Relentless Strength, the venue, sanctioning bodies, sponsors, officials, judges, medics and volunteers from claims for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  4. Medical consent. You consent to first aid and emergency medical treatment at the venue if you are unable to consent at the time, and accept responsibility for the cost of any treatment or transport beyond the venue's first-aid cover.
  5. Conduct and equipment. You will follow all safety instructions, use only equipment provided or approved by officials, and compete in the attire required for your championship.
  6. Media consent. Photographs, video and results from the Event may be published by the Organiser, sponsors and sanctioning bodies without payment to you. Write to us before the Event if you object to non-results imagery being used for promotion.
  7. Insurance. Personal accident and health insurance is your responsibility. The Organiser's event cover does not extend to athlete injury.
  8. Minors. For Kids divisions the parent or legal guardian accepts this waiver on the child's behalf and must be present at the venue throughout.

How refunds are paid

Email varad@relentlessstrength.in from your registered email with your Registration ID (BSS26-…), full name and the reason. Approved refunds are issued through Cashfree to the original payment method. Cashfree typically credits UPI and wallet refunds within 1–3 working days and card or net-banking refunds within 5–7 working days of processing; your bank's own timelines may add to this. Payment-gateway charges are not deducted from refunds. Transfers to another athlete are done by emailing the new athlete's full details from your registered email; the new athlete must accept the waiver at check-in.
