A strongman-style day for young athletes under 15. Six strength events and three endurance events, with the exact event list and every implement weight set to each child's age, height and weight — so a seven-year-old and a fourteen-year-old both get a fair, safe test.

Relentless Strength, Domlur, Bengaluru. Your child's height and weight are recorded, and that — with their age — decides which events they do and every implement weight. Bring the Registration ID and a document showing the child's date of birth. A parent or legal guardian must be present.
SUFC Ulsoor — RBANM's Ground, Gangadhar Chetty Road, near Ulsoor Lake. Reporting time and running order come with the athlete briefing, emailed two weeks before the event. A parent or legal guardian must be with the child all day.
The registration form checks the date of birth. A child who turns 15 on or before competition day enters the Strongman Open or another open championship instead.
A parent or legal guardian completes the registration, accepts the waiver on the child's behalf, and must be present at weigh-in and on competition day.
Children compete against others of a similar size and age. The events each child does, and the loads, are set by the organisers from the measurements taken at weigh-in.
Every event is coached and supervised. Comfortable training clothes and closed shoes. Movement standards and the running order come with the athlete briefing.
Registration is open until 10 November. One flat fee in every registration phase. Payments are collected securely — UPI, cards and netbanking.
